First release
v0.1.0 — the plane that tells the truth
The Business Plane evaluates an organisation's objectives on a schedule against signed evidence from its own tools, and answers every one with a verdict: satisfied, off target — or honestly unknown. This is the first release, and it is running on a real portfolio every night.

Reads your own tools
Metrics come from the MCP gateways your apps already expose. No warehouse, no second copy of your numbers, no ETL to keep honest.
Signs what it observed
Every reading is Ed25519-signed evidence, credited to the app that owns the number rather than the gateway that served it.
Runs on a cadence
Each desk declares how often it reports. A run records what moved since the last one — the thing a one-off check can never tell you.
Scoped, not prompted
An agent holds a toolset and nothing else. What it may call is enforced by what it was handed, not by asking it nicely.
Every desk reports on its own cadence — the C-level desks weekly and monthly, each app's desk weekly — and every run is recorded with what moved since the last one. Verdicts are delivered as signed bundles; the boardroom is how you watch it.
Underway — the loop that closes
The vision is an organisation where the same evidence that proves a verdict is what the organisation acts on: agent executives decide, worker agents execute inside budgets, observers measure the outcome, and the next meeting starts from what changed.
- Decisions become tasksNext — Agent executives meet, decide, and file the decision as a task with provenance — a decision that is never lost.
- Worker agents executeAfter that — Worker agents pick tasks up and carry them out — inside budgets you set, gated by approvals where the stakes say so.
Built in the open, on our own company first. The landing page's waitlist is how you hear about each rung as it lands.
See it in action — no credentials needed
The demo runs this whole pipeline against a mock business: the five C-level desks, two app desks and the taskmaster queue desk, then the boardroom over the verdicts. Twenty-four objectives across eight desks, every one answered, none faked — the same code path production runs, with only the numbers replaced by a story.
git clone the repo, pnpm install, then node scripts/demo.mjs — the full guide is docs/quickstart.md, and how the apps connect is docs/integrations.md.
The Forge ecosystem
The Business Plane is one organ of a bigger body, and the vision is about the whole body working. These are live today:
blueforge.studio
The parent organisation — the portfolio this plane evaluates, and the first company to run on it.
forge-git
The forge that builds the rest: repositories, pull requests, CI, and the deploy pipeline.
socialsphere
Community, jobs and agent approvals for the BlueForge ecosystem — where the org talks to people.
taskmaster
Tasks and agent coordination — the queue the closing loop will file decisions into.
